Present a quote that is eligible for price-matching at any one of stores. The following criteria must be met:
The quote must be issued by an optometrist or optician within a 50 km radius of one of our stores. Online retailer quotes are not eligible.
The quote must include the lens details, including the lens name, treatments, index, and options included.
The quote must be specific to the customer requesting the price-match, and the lenses must meet the requirements of their prescription.
The purchase from Optical Warehouse must be made within a maximum of 30 days following the issuance of the submitted quote.
The stated price must not be a limited-time offer or available only in limited quantities.
Price matching requires a review by an optician in one of our stores before confirming the products' eligibility for the Best Price Policy. Once approved, the customer will receive a discount equal to the price difference + 10%. Here is an example of a discount calculation: Competitor price $400, Optical Warehouse price $500, Total discount $110 ($100 difference + 10% of the difference, i.e., $10). See details in store.
